Control your Inbound Calls

Inbound numbers are virtual. An Inbound number is a virtual answering point which is then configured to route your call to your chosen answering point: landline, mobile, main office number, IVR, Voice Message, etc.

There are many different ways to configure your chosen inbound number. You can choose from any number of different call routing options and you can change these options for the life of the service.

Overall, an inbound number allows you to manage your inbound calls how you want.

Australian inbound numbers start with a 1300, 1800 or 13 number.

You can also choose a number that is easy to remember, which is great for your customers.
